User Prologs for PSOUT

This file contains three "user prologs" for the PSOUT command (and its alias, "File" "Export" "EPS").

I recommend that you do not use PSOUT unless you are sure of what you are doing and there is no other possibility. PSOUT is buggy and clumsy. 99% of the time, you can do what you need to do by defining a PostScript plotter and plotting to a file.

But, if you must use PSOUT, one of these user prologs is essentially required. They allow you to define a minimum line width, map entity colors to line widths, and map entity colors to colors or gray scales (including black) in the EPS file. One version is used to map AutoCAD colors to gray scales, another version is used to map AutoCAD colors to RGB colors, and the third version is used to map AutoCAD colors to CMYK colors.

Requires AutoCAD R12 or higher.
